DevBuildTool Agents delivers purely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and API-driven automation solutions. We do not dispatch physical packages or tangible media. No shipping or handling fees are applicable to any transaction on this platform.

2. Delivery Timelines & Mechanism

• Instant Credit Allocation: Upon successful authorization of payment via Razorpay, purchased credit packs are digitally credited to your signed-in account ledger immediately (typically within 1–3 seconds).
• Real-Time Check Execution: Compliance checks and requirements extraction workflows execute synchronously. Completed verification summaries and downloadable PDF/Word report exports are delivered directly to your active browser session immediately upon pipeline completion.
• Transaction Confirmations: An automated digital receipt and transaction summary containing your Razorpay payment identifier is generated upon checkout.

3. Delivery Discrepancies & Support

If you experience a network drop during checkout and your credits do not reflect in your balance within 10 minutes of payment deduction, please contact our support team immediately at support@devbuildtool.com with your Payment ID. Our automated ledger reconciliation team will verify the payment and credit your account within 1 business day.
